Individual coaching without team alignment only goes so far.

This is performance-focused coaching for leaders and teams.

We will talk about mindset, patterns, and behavior, but always in the context of:

  • Leadership effectiveness
  • Team dynamics
  • Business performance

This is a strong fit if:

  • You’re leading a team and feel the friction
  • You know something is off, even if you can’t fully name it
  • You’re open to honest conversations about how you lead and how your team operates
  • You don’t want surface-level coaching

This is not the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • quick fixes
  • purely motivational coaching
  • someone to tell you what you want to hear

Most of my work is ongoing because real change in leadership and team dynamics requires consistency.

That said, I do offer:

  • Targeted workshops
  • Short-term engagements for specific challenges

Many of those evolve into longer-term partnerships once we begin working together.

We start with a conversation.
