Life and wellness coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take action toward the life you truly want. Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on where you are now and where you’d like to go, providing support and accountability along the way.
Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma and diagnosing mental health conditions. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused and action-oriented. While we may explore past patterns, our main goal is to create positive change in your present and future.
I primarily work with individuals who are ready to reconnect to their values, let go of self-doubt, and create a more fulfilling life. Many of my clients are professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who feel called to grow personally and professionally.
Every coaching relationship is unique, but my clients often experience more clarity, increased confidence, healthier boundaries, and a deeper sense of purpose. You’ll also learn tools to navigate challenges with resilience and self-trust.
Most coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom or in-person if you are local to Villanova, PA. We typically meet for 50 minutes, and you’ll leave each session with clear insights, practical steps, and ongoing support. Some packages also include email check-ins between sessions.
It depends on your goals. Some clients work with me for a few months to tackle a specific challenge, while others choose longer-term coaching to support ongoing growth. We’ll discuss what feels right for you during your consultation.
My coaching is rooted in my signature BREATH Framework, which helps you reconnect to your core values, release old patterns, and cultivate the mindset and habits that support your best self. Our work together is always tailored to you as an individual.
