Cancellations

To reschedule or cancel a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or subject to a cancellation fee, at our discretion.

Refunds

Due to the nature of coaching services and the time commitment involved, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us so we can discuss how to best support you.

Packages

Coaching packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed to or specified in writing.
